Peanut Ladoo (Shengdana Ladoo)

Ingredients: Peanuts, roasted and ground into powder – 2 cupsPowdered sugar – 1 cupDesi Ghee – ½ cupGreen Cardamom powder (Elaichi powder) – 2 tsp Method: Mux the crushed peanut powder, powdered sugar, ghee and cardamom powder. Roll into ladoos.

Stir Fry French Beans

Ingredients: French beans, tender – 500 gmSpring onion, sliced finely- 1 no.Sesame seeds, roasted – 2 tspAlmonds, sliced and roasted – 2 tbspSoy sauce – 2 tspSesame oil – 1 tbsp Method: Trim the ends of the French beans and slice them into 2 inch 

Kokum Chutney

Ingredients: Kokum – 4-5 nos.Coconut, freshly grated – 1 cupGarlic cloves- 2-3 nos.Sugar- 1/2 tspSalt – to taste Method: Grind all the ingredients together,  chutney is ready. 

Moong Dal Pakode

Ingredients : Split yellow moong dal – 1 cupGreen chillies – 2 nos., choppedGinger – ½ inch, choppedBlack pepper- 1 tsp, freshly crushedFresh coriander leaves- 2 tsp, finely choppedSalt – to tasteOil – for deep frying Method : Soak the split yellow moong dal in 

Tamatar lahsun ki chutney (Tomato garlic chutney)

Ingredients – Tomatoes, medium size – 3 nos.Garlic – 8 clovesKashmiri chilli – 1 no.Coriander powder – ½ tspRed chilli powder – ½ tspCumin powder- ½ tspSalt – to taste Method : Soak Kashmiri chilli in hot water for 10 minutes. Dip tomatoes in boiling 

Fried Chana Dal (Gram Dal)

Ingredients: Split Chana Dal (Gram Dal) – 1 and 1/2 cupChilli powder- ½ tspPepper powder- ½ tspAmchoor – ½ tspSalt – ½ tspBlack salt – ¼ tspOil for deep frying Method: Soak the Chana dal for 4-5 hours. You can also soak it overnight. Strain 

Caramel Egg Pudding

Ingredients: Milk – ½ litreEggs – 4 nos.Bread slices – 1 ½ nos.Essence – few dropsSugar – 7 tsp Method: Beat the eggs. Remove the edges of the bread slices and cut the slices into pieces. Boil and cool the milk and soak the bread
