Paneer Mushroom Schezwan Sandwich
Ingredients :
Paneer, chopped into small pieces – 1 cup
Mushroom, sliced finely – ¼ cup
Baby corn, sliced finely – ¼ cup
Spring onion green, sliced finely – ¼ cup
Schezwan sauce – 2- 3 tbsp
Bread slices – 8 nos.
Butter – 2 tbsp
Oil – 1 tbsp
Method :
Take oil in a pan, add the Mushrooms and Baby Corns and fry them well. Add the Paneer and the Schezwan sauce. Add the Spring onion greens and cook for some time.
Take butter on a tawa and toast the bread slices on it. Take the Schezwan mixture and spread it on the toasted bread slice. Cover it with another toasted bread slice. Heat the sandwich on the tawa for some time and serve
