Yogurt Dip

Ingredients:

Yogurt – 400 gm
Olive oil – 2 tbsp
Garlic, crushed- 2 cloves
Dill, chopped – 1 tbsp
Chilli flakes – 1 tsp
Salt – to taste

Method:

Take a strainer, line it with clean muslin cloth and keep it over a bowl. Pour the yogurt into the strainer and keep it for 5-6 hours so that the liquid in it (whey) drains out

Discard the whey (you could also use it for adding to gravies) .

Add the olive oil, crushed garlic, chopped dill, chilli flakes and salt to the yogurt and whisk it well. Serve the yogurt dip with chopped vegetables, wafers or savory biscuits. The dip can also be squeezed on savory crackers with an icing cone for an appealing look
