Tamatar lahsun ki chutney (Tomato garlic chutney)
Ingredients –
Tomatoes, medium size – 3 nos.
Garlic – 8 cloves
Kashmiri chilli – 1 no.
Coriander powder – ½ tsp
Red chilli powder – ½ tsp
Cumin powder- ½ tsp
Salt – to taste
Method :
Soak Kashmiri chilli in hot water for 10 minutes.
Dip tomatoes in boiling water for few minutes and remove their skin.
Grind peeled tomatoes, garlic, kashmiri chilli, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and salt to a fine paste. Serve with any snack.
