Pudinewale Aloo (Potato with Mint Sabzi)
Ingredients :
Potatoes boiled – 1/ kg (small in size)
Pepper powder- ½ tsp
Chilli powder – 1 tsp
Amchur – 1 tsp
Cumin powder- ½ tsp
Mint leaves (pudina), finely chopped – ¾ cup
Oil – 2 tbsp
Method:
Prick the boiled potatoes. Mix pepper powder, chilli powder, amchur and cumin powder in a dish. Add the potatoes and coat them with the masala powder. Heat oil in a kadhi and fry the masala coated potatoes in it. Add the chopped pudina leaves just before turning off the gas and serve
