Garlic Chutney (Red Chutney for Chaat)
Ingredients:
Garlic cloves – 150 gm
Red chillies, dry whole – 20 nos.
Lemon juice- ½ tsp
Salt – to taste
Method:
Soak the chillies in warm water for half an hour.
Grind the chillies and garlic into a paste. Add salt and lemon juice. The Chutney is ready.
