Yogurt Dip

Ingredients: Yogurt – 400 gm Olive oil – 2 tbsp Garlic, crushed- 2 cloves Dill, chopped – 1 tbsp Chilli flakes – 1 tsp Salt – to taste Method: Take a strainer, line it with clean muslin cloth and keep it over a bowl. Pour 

Garlic Chutney (Red Chutney for Chaat)

Ingredients: Garlic cloves – 150 gm Red chillies, dry whole – 20 nos. Lemon juice- ½ tsp Salt – to taste Method: Soak the chillies in warm water for half an hour. Grind the chillies and garlic into a paste. Add salt and lemon juice. 

Kokum Chutney

Ingredients: Kokum – 4-5 nos.Coconut, freshly grated – 1 cupGarlic cloves- 2-3 nos.Sugar- 1/2 tspSalt – to taste Method: Grind all the ingredients together,  chutney is ready. 

Tamatar lahsun ki chutney (Tomato garlic chutney)

Ingredients – Tomatoes, medium size – 3 nos.Garlic – 8 clovesKashmiri chilli – 1 no.Coriander powder – ½ tspRed chilli powder – ½ tspCumin powder- ½ tspSalt – to taste Method : Soak Kashmiri chilli in hot water for 10 minutes. Dip tomatoes in boiling
