Bhutte Ke Pakode (Corn pakodas)
Ingredients:
Boiled corn (Makke ke Dane) – 1 cup
Gram flour (Besan) – ¾ cup
Onion, chopped – 1 no.
Ginger, minced – 1 tsp
Green chillies, chopped – 1 tsp
Coriander leaves, chopped – 1 tbsp
Coriander powder- 1 tsp
Amchoor powder- ½ tsp
Salt – to taste
Oil for frying
Method:
Coarsely grind the boiled makke ke dane. Add little water to prepare a thick batter.
Add the besan, onions, ginger, green chillies, coriander leaves, coriander powder, amchoor powder and salt to the batter and mix well. Keep aside for 10 minutes.
Heat oil in a kadhai. Make round or flat balls of the batter and deep fry them. Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
