Masala Papad

Ingredients:

Papad – 2 nos.
Onion – 2 nos.
Tomato- 2 nos.
Green Chili – 2 nos.
Coriander leaves – few sprigs
Lemon juice- ½ tsp
Chaat masala – ¼ tsp
Chilli powder- ¼ tsp

Method:

Roast or fry the papads.

Finely chop the onion, tomato, green chilli and coriander leaves and mix them. Add the lemon juice, chaat masala and chilli powder

Spread the mixture on the papads. Serve.

Note – The onion tomato mixture should be spread on the papad just before serving else the papad will become soggy.
